We are one of Malaysia’s longest-established agricultural companies, specializing in the paddy and rice industry since 1979. Having completed numerous EPCC projects, we continue to support and grow alongside our long-standing clients today.
- Pioneered Malaysia’s first rice husk–fired hot water paddy drying system, setting a new industry benchmark.
- Enabled rapid client growth, supporting expansion from 20 to over 70 IBDs within 5 years.
- Introduced rice husk–fired steam cogeneration systems through international collaboration.
- Developed advanced heat exchanger and hydronic designs to reduce drying time and improve temperature stability.
- Co-developed high-efficiency KRUGER blower systems, achieving over 40% energy savings and improved rice recovery, sold over 800 units with Suruhanjaya Tenaga recognition for energy efficiency
- Commissioned over 18 CHFs and 16 BIOPACK biomass systems with continuous reliability enhancements.
- Introduced the first PLC, HMI, and SCADA automation for paddy drying systems.
- Delivered the world’s first rice husk–fired clean hot air system for rubber drying.
- Enabled MIDA-certified green energy projects with fast ROI and improved product quality.
- Expanded EPCC automation expertise into rice milling and rubber processing industries.
- Pioneered IoT-enabled drying automation, leading to APD Lite IR4.0 solutions.
- Deployed Malaysia’s largest BIOPACK biomass systems, reaching up to 40 IBDs and expanding large-scale adoption.
- Delivered a landmark EPCC rice mill project for LPP Besut with 28 IBDs, 420 MT/day capacity, completed in 11 months.
- Executed RM7 million+ EPCC rubber processing plants and biomass-based industrial projects during the COVID period.
- Achieved breakthroughs in AI-driven IoT moisture prediction with the launch of APD Pro and vertical batch dryer (VBD) technology.
- Secured MYIPO patent for IoT-based paddy moisture content prediction and AI-controlled drying automation.
- Expanded APD Pro with AI set-point and auto blower control, improving head rice recovery and reducing over-drying.
- Exceeded 44 BIOPACK units commissioned across multiple agro-processing industries.
- Introduced next-generation compact BIOPACK-15 and APD Pro v3 with advanced AI moisture prediction and automated drying control.
